  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
 
Orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. Shipping times may vary if special request are required.  Orders are not shipped on holidays.
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following business days of your order, please check your spam folder and add Frankosvive@gmail.com to your safe sender list or email us the name and email you ordered under.
Frankos Vive orders usually deliver in 3-4 business days US, we ship all orders through USPS.
International orders Take up to 7-15 days after shipment has been made.
 
  • INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected .

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

 

  • HOW DO I CHECKOUT? 
We accept PayPal (which is recommended) VisaMasterCardDiscover and American Express card payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers, if Local please contact for meet and greet! 
  • I AM HAVING TROUBLE PAYING WITH MY CARD.
 
If you are experiencing trouble processing your payment at checkout, please first check that your billing address, name and information all correlates to the information that the bank who provide your card, have on their records. If the information does not match up the payment will not be initiated.
 
  • DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?
 
YES!  But only exchanges. Please read the description and sizes carefully BEFORE purchasing, as we do not accept returns.
Notice of exchanges must be done within three days of customer receiving merchandise. Once shipped, we do not accept returns.
If you want to exchange your previously purchased item , we will gladly exchange the product for something else on our website that is of equal or greater value.
We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
  • YOU MUST PAY FOR RETURNING SHIPPING CHARGES
 
All of the information on where is my item? can be seen by using your tracking number that is provided.  
If you have any questions about any of the clothes, measurements including sizes or details of color, please feel free to email us at Frankosvive@gmail.com so you can be sure of your purchase.  Frankos Vive loves to hear from everyone, and stands behind our merchandise.
Exchanges can take up to 4-5 days, most cases faster depending on the situation. 
  • DOES MY STORE CREDIT EXPIRE?
 
Store credit is valid for 20 days from when you receive your confirmation credit number. You only receive amount credited for the purchased item not tax or shipping.
 
 
  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
 
If you want to cancel or  your order please contact as soon as possible after the order is placed.  Remember orders ship within 24 hours! We will unfortunately not be able to cancel orders once they are processed. We are not able to add items to existing orders that has already been shipped . Please place a new order and Contact Us with both order numbers . We will be able to combine the shipping and reimburse you for the extra shipping charge on the second order. This is provided that you contact us as soon as possible after you place both orders, before the first order has been processed.
